Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be purchased directly from auraryzefoods.com

  • The request must be made within 60 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and unopened

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Once the individual packaging has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for return.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as AURA cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Subscriptions

Our subscription orders are covered by the same 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee outlined above. We want every customer to feel confident in their order.

How subscriptions are billed

When you subscribe, you are charged the full amount upfront at the time of your first order. Your card is then automatically charged on each renewal date at the discounted subscription price, on the frequency you selected at checkout (for example, every 1, 2, or 3 months). You'll receive a reminder email before every renewal charge.

If something isn't right

If you're not satisfied with your subscription order β€” whether it's the first one or a renewal β€” please reach out to our support team within 60 days of delivery. We review every request individually and work with our customers to find the right solution. Whenever possible, we want to make it right.

Cancelling, pausing or skipping your subscription

Cancellation takes effect as soon as we've processed your request β€” no further renewals will occur afterwards.

About renewals

If a renewal has already been processed and shipped before you contact us, that order will still be delivered and is subject to the standard return conditions above. To avoid an unwanted renewal, please email us before the next renewal date shown in your confirmation email.
